‘This morning hour just calms me down’: Kate Ferdinand reveals exercise helps relax her ‘manic life’ as she wakes up at 5am to work out

And Kate Ferdinand has revealed that while it may seem grueling, the exercise routine actually helps keep her calm throughout the day.
Sharing that she gets up around 5am every morning for an hour of training, the former TOWIE star, 31, admitted it relaxes her “manic life”.

Appearing on an episode of Vicky Pattison’s The Secret To podcast, the former Geordie Shore star told Kate: “I just mean, you look unreal the minute Kate.
‘So good it’s to the point where obviously I’m all for women supporting women but I look at your fucking Instagram and think ‘look at that c**’. You are so Handsome ! What’s with the lady? You had a baby!
A slightly blushing Kate laughed and thanked the presenter, as she explained: ‘I’ve always been into my workouts, I love working out.

Relaxation: The former reality TV star explained that she ‘likes to look good’ and told Vicky it helps calm her ‘manic life’
“I like to look good, I’m not going to lie, but also mentally my life is so manic that this morning hour calms me down.”
But continuing that it’s not just about looking beautiful on the outside, Kate added that she is now trying to be healthy and take care of her body from the inside.
“I’m onto a whole new thing though. I’ve started taking care of my body from the inside out. I feel like everyone always wants to hit the gym, get their hair done and look good, but I started trying to pay attention internally – and I feel like that might help,’ she explained.
The star then clarified that she shares the workouts with fans, as they often reach out to share that it “inspires” them.
In and out: Continuing that it’s not just about looking good on the outside, Kate added that she is now trying to be healthy and take care of her body from the inside .

Kate and her husband, a former England Rio pro, often share snaps and videos on their respective Instagram accounts as they work out in their luxurious home gym.
The former reality TV star recently welcomed son Cree, almost two, with Rio – and is also stepmother to all three of them; Lorenz, 15, Tate, 13, and Tia, 11.
And showing that the whole family is getting in on the fitness action, the couple recently shared a video of Cree watching his parents during their morning workout.
In the clip, he looked like he was having the time of his life as he clung to the door behind which he was being held for safety and jumped up and down, imitating his mother and father.
