Ingredients
250-300g – Raw Haldi
½ tsp – Mustard oil
½ teaspoon – Asafoetida
1 tsp – Chilli powder
1 tsp – Salt
½ cup – Lemon juice
Method
*Finely grate the haldi.
*Heat the oil, add the spices and the kacchi haldi. Once the mixture is ready, bottle it in a jar and squeeze some lemon juice.

According to nutritionist Nikhil Chaudhary, raw turmeric:
